Facilities:
Casa Azahar is an attractive traditional-style Spanish villa. Laid out on one level, the villa has a living-room, opening onto a glazed naya, used as a dining-room, which overlooks the pool area, and separate newly-fitted kitchen has french doors which open onto the pool terrace. There three bedrooms (two doubles and one twin), and a newly-renovated bathroom. Outside is a private 8x4m swimming pool with roman steps, and shallow end for children, and sunny terraced area overlooking the pool, with loungers for sun-bathing and patio furniture for al-fresco dining, and there is a gas "plancha" (griddle) and paella cooker for cooking outside, and a BBQ. There is also a shower-room and WC accessed from the pool area. South-west-facing, the villa is set in mature gardens, with palm tree, mediterranean plants, and the orange trees which give the house its name.
Location:
Casa Azahar is located at the end of a cul-de-sac in a quiet residential area, approximately 2km from the village centre of Moraira, with its shops, bars and restaurants. There is a small parade of shops (with supermarket and two bars) less than 1km away, and several restaurants within a five to ten minute walk.
Other Information:
Casa Azahar is the English owners' home for most of the year, and is comfortably furnished, and fully equipped, with washing-machine, microwave and digital satellite TV (with news programmes in English), video player (with a good selection of videos) and there are plenty of books. For the summer, there are ceiling fans in all bedrooms and the living-room. There is off-road parking for three cars on the driveway. The villa, terrace and swimming pool are all on one level, with just three steps up from the driveway. Bed linen and hand/shower towels are provided, and changed weekly, but please bring your own beach/bath towels.
