Casa Delfina is a spacious detached villa, of traditional Spanish design, laid out on one level. The villa has living-room and a separate dining-room, both opening onto a flazed "naya" (covered terrace), and modern newly-fitted separate kitchen and utility area. There are three bedrooms; a master bedroom with en-suite shower-room, and two further bedrooms (one double and one twin) sharing a shower-room. Outside, is an 8x4m swimming pool with roman steps, and a sunny pool terrace for sunbathing and al-fresco dining. Overlooking the pool is a large poolside games-room; this has a kitchen, shower-room, sofas, and a table tennis table. There is also a boules court. The villa is set in pleasant grounds landscaped with traditional mediterranean plants.
Location:
Casa Delfina is located in the pleasant residential area of Sabatera. A small parade of shops (supermarket, newsagent, bars, restaurant & taxi company) in Tabaira is about five minutes walk away, and the beaches and village centre of Moraira are less than 2km. This is a very peaceful area, ideal for those wanting a quiet holiday, yet within easy reach of Moraira itself.
Other Information:
Casa Delfina has been recently renovated and is newly furnished to a high standard. It is fully equipped, with washing machine and microwave. There is digital satellite TV (with Sky News and children's channels in English), DVD, stereo, and of course the games-room. There is off-road parking on the gated driveway. Bed linen and hand/shower towels are provided, and changed weekly, but please bring your own beach/bath towels.
