Villa Jazmin is a very spacious newly built luxury villa, laid out on one level. There is a large living/dining room, with patio doors opening onto a shaded "naya" (covered terrace) running the length of the villa, separate kitchen, master bedroom with en-suite bathroom, two further bedrooms (both twins), and a further bathroom. Outside, the naya with stone arches is ideal for relaxing and dining in the shade, and there is a private 10x5m swimming pool with roman steps, with pool terrace for sunbathing, and a boules court. The villa is set in fenced and gated private grounds, with lawns and fruit trees. There is also a roof terrace for sunbathing.
Location:
Villa Jazmin is located in the exclusive La Guardia Park residential development of luxury villas, close to the beauty spots of Cabo de la Nao and La Granadella. Several restaurants, supermarket and tennis club are within walking distance, while the lively Arenal area of Javea, with its sandy beach, bars and restaurants, is approximately 5km, and the attractive port area and old town of Javea are a ten minute drive.

Villa Jazmin is newly furnished and fully equipped, with washing machine, dishwasher, microwave and digital satellite television. There is central heating for winter lets, and air-conditioning in the living-room and master bedroom for the summer months, while all bedrooms and the living-room have ceiling fans. There is off-road parking on the gated driveway. The villa, naya and pool are on one level, with just two steps down to the pool, terrace and garden area from the villa and naya. Bed linen and hand/shower towels are provided, and changed weekly, but please bring your own beach/bath towels.
