Casa Luisa is a spacious apartment, laid out on one level, with living/dining-room opening onto terrace, separate kitchen leading onto utility patio, two bedrooms (one double, one twin), shower-room, cloakroom and entrance hall. From the terrace are wonderful sea views over the marina, from Cap de Moraira to the Peñon d'Ifach. The apartment is part of an attractive residential development of apartments.
Location:
Casa Luisa is ideally located, just above Moraira's attractive marina, on the edge of the village centre, with shops, bars and restaurants in a quiet residential area, just one street back from the seafront. As well as the sandy beach, there are many restaurants, bars and shops within a five minute walk, in the marina and village.
Other Information:
Casa Luisa has been recently and tastefully renovated, and is very well equipped with new furnishings, digital satellite TV (with news programmes in English), microwave, washing machine, dishwasher, and ceiling fans in both bedrooms and the living-room. There is a private underground parking space. Please note that, although there is a lift from entrance and parking levels up to the apartment, there are steps up from street level to the entrance, and also five steps within the apartment (living/dining-room, bedrooms and shower room on one level, and steps down to kitchen and cloakroom). Bed linen and hand/shower towels are provided, and changed weekly, but please bring your own beach/bath towels.
