Casa Mari-Cruz is a large detached villa, laid out on two levels, with two independent living areas. The upper (main) level has a large living/dining-room, opening onto a shaded naya (covered terrace), separate kitchen, two bedrooms (one double and one twin), and bathroom. There is a further bedroom, with en-suite bathroom, with independent access. The lower level, with independent access, has living-room/kitchen, three bedrooms (one double and two twins), and two shower-rooms. Outside, on the upper level, is a BBQ, and twelve people can dine al-fresco, either in the shade of the naya, or on the open BBQ terrace. A gateway leads to the 10x5m swimming pool with roman steps and pool terrace for sunbathing. From the lower level, there is an enclosed courtyard area, also with BBQ and seating.
Location:
Casa Mari-Cruz is located in the pleasant residential area of El Portet in Moraira, approximately 1km from the attractive bay and sandy beach at El Portet. The nearest shops (newsagent, mini-supermarket, chemist), bars and restaurant are 1km, by El Portet bay. The village centre of Moraira, with shops, bars and restaurants, is 2.5km. Although within easy reach of the facilities of Moraira, this is a quiet and peaceful area, ideal for a relaxing holiday.
Other Information:
Casa Mari-Cruz is comfortably furnished, and fully equipped, with washing-machine, dishwasher, microwave, and digital satellite TV (with news programmes in English), as well as a DVD player with a selection of children's and family films. There is off-road parking for four cars - two in the double carport, and two on the gated driveway. A flight of steps leads up from the road level to the main (upper) level and pool - however, once at this level, there are no further steps. Bed linen and hand/shower towels are provided, and changed weekly, but please bring your own beach/bath towels.
