Facilities:
Villa Monet is a large detached villa, with the main accommodation laid out on one level. A flight of steps leads up from the roadway to the main level of the villa, and the private pool and terrace area. There is a large living/dining-room, which opens onto a shaded naya (covered terrace), and a separate kitchen. Two bedrooms, one double and one twin (with space for an extra bed), share a bathroom. There is a further double bedroom, with en-suite bathroom, with independent access. Outside, the shaded naya opens onto the BBQ area, and an open terrace shaded by a palm tree, for al-fresco dining. A gateway leads to the 10x5m swimming pool with roman steps and pool terrace for sunbathing. NB: a fourth, en-suite, room with separate access can also be available.

Villa Monet is located in the pleasant residential area of El Portet in Moraira, approximately 1km from the attractive bay and sandy beach at El Portet. The nearest shops (newsagent, mini-supermarket, chemist), bars and restaurant are 1km, by El Portet bay. The village centre of Moraira, with shops, bars and restaurants, is 2.5km. Although within easy reach of the facilities of Moraira, this is a quiet and peaceful area, ideal for a relaxing holiday.
Other Information:
Villa Monet is comfortably furnished, and fully equipped, with washing-machine, dishwasher, microwave, and digital satellite TV (with news programmes in English), as well as a DVD player with a selection of children's and family films. There is shaded off-road parking for two cars in the double carport. A flight of steps leads up from the road level to the main level of the villa and the pool - however, once at this level, there is just one step from the villa and BBQ terrace to the pool and pool terrace. Bed linen and hand/shower towels are provided, and changed weekly, but please bring your own beach/bath towels.
