Facilities:
Casa Nevana is a spacious detached villa, laid out on two levels. On the lower level, a "naya" (covered terrace) for outside dining, leads into a large living/dining-room, and there is a separate newly-fitted kitchen. Also on the lower level are two bedrooms (one double and twin), bathroom and cloakroom. Internal stairs lead up to the first floor; on this level is a very large master bedroom, which opens onto a large naya (overlooking the pool and with a sea view towards Cap de Moraira), and which has a large en-suite bathroom with jacuzzi bath and separate double shower. Also on this level are two further bedrooms (both twins), and a bathroom. Outside, on the lower level, is an 8x4m swimming pool with corner roman steps and water slide, open pool terrace, and a BBQ area. There is also an exteral staircase leading from the pool area to the master bedroom on the upper level.
Location:
Casa Nevana is located in the pleasant residential area of Moravit. The nearest restaurant is less than 100m, while the rocky cove of L'Andrago, with the lively beach bar "Algas" (which serves food), a small supermarket and several bars/cafes are a few minutes' walk, and Moraira itself a twenty-minute walk.
Other Information:
Casa Nevana is a winter home to its English owners, and is comfortably furnished, and fully equipped, with washing machine and microwave, and air-conditioning in the living-room of the lower level. There is digital satellite TV (with BBC, ITV, and Sky movies, in addition to news programmes in English), video, books, and Nintendo/PlayStation. There is parking on the gated driveway. The lower (main) level of the villa is on the same level as the pool, terrace and driveway; however, a flight of steps leads to the upper level of the villa. Bed linen and hand/shower towels are provided, but please bring your own beach/bath towels.
