Casa Olivo is a spacious newly built villa, laid out on one level. There is a large living/dining room, with patio doors opening onto a shaded "naya" (covered terrace) overlooking the pool, and a large open-plan kitchen, a master double bedroom with en-suite shower-room, two further bedrooms (one double and one twin), and a family bathroom. Outside, the naya is ideal for relaxing and dining in the shade, and there is a private 8x4m swimming pool with roman steps, with pool terrace for sunbathing, and garden. The villa is set in fenced and gated private grounds.
Location:
Casa Olivo is located in the La Cala area of Javea, close to the beauty spots of Cabo de la Nao and La Granadella. This is a quiet, residential area, yet within easy reach of facilities; several restaurants, supermarket and tennis club are within 1km, while the lively Arenal area of Javea, with its sandy beach, bars and restaurants, is approximately 5km, and the attractive port area and old town of Javea are a ten minute drive.
Other Information:
Casa Olivo is newly furnished and fully equipped, with washing machine, dishwasher, microwave and Cable television (BBC/ITV/Sky Sports) and DVD player. Central heating is available for winter lets (at a supplement of £50 per week). There is off-road parking on the gated driveway. The villa, naya and pool are on one level, but please note that there is a half-flight of steps leading up from the parking area to the villa and pool level. Bed linen and hand/shower towels are provided, and changed weekly, but please bring your own beach/bath towels.
